I've found a lot of energy drinks on the market, and after trying a few, I decided that there were some definite winners, and some real losers. We've all had Red Bull, the original energy drink, and based upon this standard drink of choice, I'm going to review other new comers to the market.
Check back often, I'll update a new review whenever I can.
Gonna start with a generic one first of the batt. Australian readers (and for that matter, I think New Zealanders) will be acustomed to V energy drink.
Brief:
Although I'll focus on the Original "Green" V, it does comes in a large variety (compared to many other energy drinks) of flavours. Sure, you have your "sugar free" variety, who doesn't, but they also offer a Berry, Lemon and "Black" Flavour. All cans are the standard 250ml. The big marketing guff from V is around Guarana, an Amazonian plant that gives the drink its energy.
Taste:
V packs the same light kick (depending on how many you have in that day) but has a sweeter taste than Red Bull. From what I can tell on the can, its got the same key ingredients as a Red Bull. Except for, of course, the Guarana. This would be what gives V its sweeter taste.
Rating:
Its Red Bull, with a sweeter taste.
